KDSV-10 is a pourable, condensation curing 2-component silicone rubber with low viscosity.
Very soft, for models with strong undercuts.
- Excellent flowability
- Easy processing
- Very good tear resistance
Technical data:
Standard:
Mixing ratio: 100 : 2 parts by weight component A : component B
Processing time: 50 minutes
Curing time (HR 25 °C): 4-5 h
Alternatives:
Mixing ratios from 100 : 2 up to 100 : 3
Processing time (100 g in a cup at 25 °C):
100 : 2 = approx. 50 minutes
100 : 3 = approx. 30 minutes
Colour: White
Mixing viscosity: 13.000 ± 2.000 mPa·s
Shore A hardness: 10 ± 2
Tensile strength: > 2.4 N/mm²
Elongation at break: > 640 %
Tear resistance strength: > 13 N/mm
Linear shrinkage (after 7 days): ≤ 0.3 %
No heat of reaction occurs during vulcanization, so that even larger quantities (e.g. 10 kg) can be poured without the risk of overheating.
