Fast-setting two-component methyl methacrylate adhesive

MD MEGABOND two-component high-performance adhesive is the "Formula One racer" amongst high-performance adhesives. It can be used where conventional adhesives do not achieve the required strengths.

Temperature resistance: -55 °C up to 120 °C
Mixing ratio: 1 : 1 component A : component B
Processing time: approx. 5 - 7 minutes
Fixing time: approx. 10 - 12 minutes
Typical handling strength: approx. 1 h

Applications:
For wood, metal, ceramics, stone, and a great number of plastics such as ABS, polystyrene, PVC, Perspex®, GFRP, etc. Plastics that cannot be joined with this adhesive are Teflon®, polyethylene, polypropylene, flexible PVC and polyamide (Nylon®). Bonding various materials is extremely quick and reliable.

Storage: Cool, dry and dark. The ideal temperature is 12 - 15 °C (storage temperatures above 23 °C can damage the material).
