Epoxy Resin L + Hardener LT (90 min)

The Epoxy Resin L + Hardener LT system is very suitable for bonding wood, metal and PS rigid foams such as Styropor®/Styrodur® due to its low surface tension, good adhesion and low curing shrinkage. It can be processed in all common methods such as hand laminating, pressure and vacuum impregnation as well as pressing and wrapping.

Epoxy resin L, together with Hardener LT, exhibits excellent mechanical properties as required, for example, in aircraft construction. However, aviation approval is not given.

Processing time: 90 minutes (100 g / 20 °C)

Mixing ratio:
100 : 25 parts by weight Epoxy Resin L : Hardener LT
100 : 29 parts by volume Epoxy Resin L : Hardener LT

Curing time:
24 hours at room temperature, followed by approx. 12 hours of hot curing at at least 60 °C

Heat distortion temperature:
max. 70 °C with 24 hours/23 °C curing
max. 120 °C with additional 15 h hot curing at 100 °C
